Privacy policy

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. otterrated has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact form, and no comments. There is nowhere to enter personal information, so none is stored.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser stores one preference locally: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

Server logs

The hosting provider records ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses. Those logs belong to the host and are used to run and protect the service.

Links to Amazon

Following a link to Amazon takes you to Amazon, and Amazon’s own privacy policy applies from that point. These links currently carry no affiliate tracking tag and do not pay otterrated a commission. Our approach to any future commercial links is explained on the link disclosure page.

Changes

If this site ever adds analytics, this page will be updated before it does.
